Сажетак

У раду ћемо најпре описати концепт анализе ДНК у сврхе решавања кривичних случајева, и прве случајеве у којима је ДНК коришћена као форензички доказ. Потом ћемо испитати савремена научна и правна питања која се тичу употребе ДНК у кривичним поступцима, при чему ћемо пред- ложити начине који могу учинити форензичку анализу ДНК још чвршћим доказом на суду. Такође ћемо се укратко осврнути на етичка питања која се тичу ДНК доказа и ДНК база података.
