U kojoj meri DNK može pružiti čvrst dokaz?

Apstrakt

U radu ćemo najpre opisati koncept analize DNK u svrhe rešavanja krivičnih slučajeva, i prve slučajeve u kojima je DNK korišćena kao forenzički dokaz. Potom ćemo ispitati savremena naučna i pravna pitanja koja se tiču upotrebe DNK u krivičnim postupcima, pri čemu ćemo pred- ložiti načine koji mogu učiniti forenzičku analizu DNK još čvršćim dokazom na sudu. Takođe ćemo se ukratko osvrnuti na etička pitanja koja se tiču DNK dokaza i DNK baza podataka.
