Борба против организованог криминала - од теорије до праксе

Аутор настоји да испуни постојећи концептуални вакуум у појмовном одређењу разноврсних појавних облика организованог криминала у циљу јасног и прецизног дефинисања самог феномена, што представља предуслов за ефикасну борбу против њега. Први део рада посвећен је историјској анализи концепта организованог криминала уз указивање на разнолику употребу овог појма (односио се на Мормоне, индијске банде, чикашко подземље, италијанску мафију итд). Недостатак једне универзално прихваћене дефиниције ипак није сметња за одређивање три главне димензије овог типа криминала: организовање злочина, организовање криминалаца и ангажовање друштвених структура од стране криминалаца ради остваривања криминалних циљева.
